First Race of the Women’s Cup of Portugal

At the official start for the women’s competition, the VESAM Cycling team lined up with 9 athletes, some already well known in the national stars circuit, and others with their exclusive debut in cycling or in a new category.

It was an intense moment for these young girls, due to the difficulties that arose during the race, from accidents, bike changing, falls, punctures, etc.

But the bravery of the athletes was evident and despite all the challenges, they achieved a cup leader in the Master 30 category, making the Top 10 in 3 levels and finishing in 5th place by teams.

Our athletes dignified their jerseys and VESAM couldn’t be prouder.
