Habitational Building – Rua Vitor Cordon

Continuing VESAM’s strategy for the Portuguese market with a focus on rehabilitation, the work was carried out of structural reinforcement, floors, roofing, stairs and mezzanine of a 5-storey building located in Lisbon. With some unique characteristics, such as:

• Building facade suspended during the construction phase;
• Facades reinforced on the inside with metallic tubes to improve seismic behaviour;
• Assembly and compatibility of the reinforcement structure with the presence of the containment structure;
• Interior metallic structure compatible with concrete and masonry walls;
• Structure protected in factory with R90 class intumescent paint.
