Quality policy

Vesam has implemented a quality and information security management system that has several processes to ensure the compliance of products and services, as well as customer satisfaction. One of these processes concerns the control of products and services from external suppliers and is intended to ensure the compliance of these products and services with the previously agreed requirements.

As a result of this reception control carried out on the supplies received, a methodology for evaluating the performance of suppliers has been implemented, which is carried out periodically and the result of which divides suppliers into three levels of qualification. This methodology is based on the following assessment criteria: compliance; delivery time, price and relationship with the supplier.

We also emphasize that all suppliers will be informed of any non-conformities detected at reception and that improvement actions may or may not be requested.
