The management policy of VESAM SA is built around four main pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1<\/strong>. Growth, and economic and financial sustainability of the organization, supported by the global market;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2<\/strong>. Technical and motivational development of human resources, with a strong belief in people;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3<\/strong>. Promotion of distinctive products and services, aimed at creating value in the steel structures market;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4<\/strong>. Strengthening customer relationships by delivering products of consistent quality that ensure their satisfaction and trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thus, the intentions of VESAM SA are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To enhance the economic and financial sustainability of the organization <\/strong>through the optimization of the production process for different types of projects carried out in various markets, ensuring a reduction in total costs compared to the baseline projects and an increase in revenues by adding value to the initial solution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. To satisfy our clients<\/strong> and master the value chain of metalworking production (Design, Manufacturing, Assembly), providing more economical, reliable, and timely solutions, while giving the client the ability to monitor the different phases in the life cycle of a structure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. To foster the growth of technical knowledge and motivation within the organization<\/strong> through training, development, and knowledge sharing. Staff motivation will be encouraged through the establishment of goals and the creation of new challenges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. To strengthen the value of our products and existing know-how<\/strong> by achieving greater differentiation and innovation compared to key competitors, through the technical optimization of structural solutions and the integration of new technologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. To promote consultation and participation of employees<\/strong>, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to improve health and safety at work, and thereby contribute to the organization\u2019s growth.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. To ensure the continuous improvement of products and services<\/strong> through sustained RDI activities, as well as the systematization of project preparation and execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. To promote and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) through its annual review<\/strong>, setting time-bound Goals and Objectives appropriate to each activity, in order to adequately monitor company performance and ensure compliance with applicable legal requirements and other commitments subscribed by VESAM.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements<\/strong>, while ensuring best practices in Environment, Health, and Safety at work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. To rely on qualified Partners<\/strong> with strong performance, capable of meeting quality and occupational safety requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. To promote the organization\u2019s social and environmental responsibility<\/strong>, encouraging sustainable and ethical practices that contribute to the development of the communities where we operate, reinforcing VESAM SA\u2019s commitment to a more sustainable and responsible future.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
