Vesam launches Tracker: a digital revolution in steel structures project management.<\/strong><\/p>

The new platform which will be available to customers in a few months comes with an outstanding 3D interface.<\/p>

The management of steel construction projects entails several challenges. In an industrial context of globalization, in which structures are often produced in one country, transported across another and finally assembled in the country of destination, the challenge of project management is extremely relevant. Effective project management is often the pillar of customer confidence in international projects and Vesam has been committed to this development axis for several years.<\/p>

The Vesam Tracker tool was developed by MIRA SYSTEMS, an R&D spin-off of the Vesam Group, and brings together 18 years of experience in project management of steel structures, from engineering, manufacturing to assembly.<\/p>

One of the main attributes of this tool is the introduction of a revolutionary 3D visualization interface<\/em><\/center>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

The client sees his project \u201cmaterialized\u201d in 3D and knows at all times which parts have already been manufactured, already painted or already assembled, through a pre-established color scheme.<\/p>

Furthermore, when you click on a part or a set, the application shows you all the execution and quality information relating to that item, from raw material certificates, to welding inspections, painting reports, etc…<\/p>

The application, completely designed for multiplatform web access (PC, tablet, smartphone), is built on the basis of transparency.<\/p>

All Vesam\nprojects are managed through this powerful tool. From the outset, the entire\nplanning of a work is divided into phases and activities and introduced into\nthe platform, in Gantt models. From here all executions of work carried out,\nwhether engineering, manufacturing, painting, galvanizing, transport and even\nassembly, are introduced digitally.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

\n\n<\/p>

The\napplication collects this data and compares it with the planning, providing at\nall times the completion percentages of each task, activity and phase.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

In addition to simply verifying what was done versus planned, the algorithm is even capable of detecting and anticipating a potential deviation in a given task by comparison with the resources already consumed and the output already produced on a reference date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Just as an example, the algorithm is able to detect that a certain welding task could potentially suffer a delay, by realizing that the number of hours already consumed should return a higher performance rate.
In such a case, the tool makes it possible to work out mitigation scenarios by calculating the hours (or number of people) to reinforce the task in order to maintain the expected completion date.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
