Cantanhede Cycling/VESAM Shines at the Inter-Regional Road Schools Meeting

It is with great pride that we celebrate the excellent results achieved by the Cantanhede Cycling/VESAM team at the Inter-Regional Road Schools Meeting (Zone A). The event took place in Sangalhos as part of the 1st Sub-17 Regional Cup.

In a competition that gathered around 130 athletes across various road and skill events, our team once again demonstrated remarkable consistency across all categories—a direct result of hard work, dedication, and a true spirit of overcoming challenges.

📊 Athlete Highlights:

• Cadets (Sub-17 Men): 1st place for Ricardo Henriques, with a fantastic performance.
• Schools (Sub-15 Men): Lucas Costa secured a brilliant 2nd place.
• Schools (Sub-15 Women): Lara Silva achieved an excellent 4th place.
• Schools (Sub-9 Men): Lourenço Costa guaranteed a solid 5th place.
• Schools (Sub-7 Women): Sofia Bita made it to the podium with a fantastic 2nd place.

👥 Team Standings:

Thanks to the collective effort and dedication of everyone involved, Cantanhede Cycling/VESAM also achieved 2nd place overall for teams in the Cadet category.
