Production management of steel structures. software application – “MERP”

Most production management tools for steel structures are limited to activities carried out within the factory itself, not allowing the control of subcontractors or tasks performed “off-site”, such as erection works.

The growing production of steel structures on the African continent required the advancement of management and communication platforms, enabling a steel structure project to be fully controlled across all processes, thus ensuring real-time project visibility, with clear benefits for contractors and project owners.

From procurement to erection, all processes are planned and monitored, both in terms of deadlines and costs. The new traceability policies introduced by EN1090 have been implemented, ensuring effective quality control.
